Lady Gaga showed off her huge engagement ring on a dinner date with her fiancé Michael Polansky, 46.
The Poker Face singer, 38, put on a leggy display in a black micro mini-dress featuring a v-neck and long sleeves.
The skirt ended at the bottom of her buttocks, giving the 5’1′ musician the illusion of long legs aided by her sky-high platform-heeled booties.
The eight-carat, oval-cut diamond solitaire set in platinum set Polansky back a cool $578,000 according to Brides.
The Shallow singer carried a large black handbag which she clutched with her left hand, accentuating the enormous sparkler on her ring finger.
Gaga’s platinum blonde hair was pulled back into an effortless bun and black sunglasses sat on her face.
The sighting comes as wedding plans for the couple are underway and the prenup is being negotiated.
Gaga – real name Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta – is believed to be seeking a $900 million prenup before she walks down the aisle.
And Polansky, who has his own hefty $600 million net worth as head of The Parker Foundation, is on board.
A source close to the couple told In Touch that ‘there are a lot of assets on both sides, and a prenup will just make everything clear.’
Gaga ‘is worth $900 million, so of course there needs to be a prenup in place,’ the source said. ‘And Michael understands that. He’s not resisting it.’
There’s been no arguments or tension throughout the process and the prenup has ‘actually made everything easier’ as the couple plans their wedding.
‘They can’t wait to get married,’ the source gushed.
The couple has been dating for four years and went public with their new status when the Born This Way hitmaker introduced Polansky as her fiancé to French Prime Minister Gabriel Attal at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris last week.
Gaga and Polansky were first linked on New Years Eve 2019 when they were pictured kissing at a party in Las Vegas.
The engagement comes after the Bad Romance songstress dedicated one of her final Las Vegas residency performances this summer to Polansky, calling him ‘my mister.’
Polansky is a 2006 graduate of Harvard University and runs Napster founder Sean Parker’s Parker Group.
The entertainer had two previous engagements that were called off.
She ended her engagement to Christian Carino in early 2019, and after becoming engaged to actor Taylor Kinney in 2015 they broke up in 2016.
