Prince Harry will be among the high-profile celebrities to feature in the documentary Tabloids on Trial.
According to commentator Peter Barnes, Prince Harry takes “no accountability” for his actions and is now “dealing with the consequences”.
These comments came ahead of the Royal’s appearance on ITV’s documentary Tabloids On Trial where he will discuss his court battles with the press.
In a preview clip, journalist Becca Barry asked the Duke: “To what extent do you think your determination to fight the tabloids destroyed your relationship with your family?”
To which Prince Harry unveiled: “It is certainly a central piece to it.
“It is a hard question to answer because anything I say about my family results in a torrent of abuse from the press.”
During a recent appearance on GB News, Peter stated: “The thing that really annoys me about Prince Harry is he kind of refuses to take any accountability for his role in all of this situation.”
Addressing the documentary, he continued: “It always seems to be somebody else’s fault and I find that’s very problematic in a behavioural way.
“At first everyone was always like, oh, it’s Meghan who is leading the charge on this stuff. I think Prince Harry was a willing volunteer in this from day one.
“I think he’s now dealing with the consequences of his actions and I don’t think he knows how to deal with this.”
The commentator added: “I think this interview is going to say I might have messed up in court a couple of times, but I’ve still got a point and it kind of saving face interview.”
Speaking on Harry’s appearance, Peter remarked: “He looks very sad these days. Don’t you think that about him now?
“I think he looks a bit haunted. I look at him from when he was in the army to look at him now and I don’t see the same person if I’m being brutally honest.”
