Tobey Maguire was pictured enjoying lunch in New York City Thursday with a group that included his best friend Leonardo DiCaprio’s girlfriend Vittoria Ceretti.
The 49-year-old actor, who starred as Spider-Man in three films, was pictured grabbing a bite at a restaurant in the East Village of Manhattan Thursday alongside Ceretti, 26, and four other people.
The Santa Monica, California-born actor, who rode a Citi Bike to the get together, was seen days after his ex-wife Jennifer Meyer announced that she had gotten engaged to billionaire heir Geoffrey Ogunlesi, 33.
The Babylon actor donned a black T-shirt with a black ballcap, sunglasses and navy blue pants with black sneakers.
Ceretti, who has been linked to Maguire’s friend DiCaprio, 49, for more than a year, was clad in an all-black ensemble of a shirt over a long-sleeved white top, slacks and shoes.
The Brescia, Italy-born beauty had her brown locks down and parted on the daytime outing with friends.
The group of friends appeared to be having a good time at the Big Apple eatery on the early September day.
Maguire last month accompanied DiCaprio and Ceretti on a summer vacation to Ibiza, Spain.
Maguire’s own love life has been at the center of speculation in recent months, as he has been linked to a number of fashion models, including Babette Strijbos, 24.
The Seabiscuit actor had been pictured on a romantic trip with Strijbos on the Italian island of Sardinia in late July on a trip with DiCaprio.
Prior to that, Maguire had been rumored to be romantically-linked to model Lily Chee, 20, after they were pictured together in the Hamptons at a celebrity-packed July 4 bash hosted by businessman Michael Rubin. (Meyer would speak in support of her ex-spouse amid scrutiny over the outing.)
Maguire had also been pictured chatting with model-actress Tara Louise Wagner in Saint-Tropez, France in late July.
Maguire and Meyer exchanged vows in 2007 in Kona, Hawaii and would announce they had separated nine years later, in 2016, eventually finalizing their divorce in 2020.
The Pleasantville star and Meyer, a jewelry designer, are parents to daughter Ruby Sweetheart, 17 and son Otis Tobias, 15.
Meyer, who is the daughter of entertainment exec Ronald Meyer, 79, took to Instagram Saturday to reveal her engagement to Ogunlesi, who is the son of billionaire Adebayo Ogunlesi, 70.
Meyer posted an image in which she and her fiancé were embracing while she showed off her engagement ring, captioning the image, ‘YES!!!’
Meyer received congratulatory words to her announcement from a number of her high-profile friends, including Kelly Rowland, Jenna Dewan, Vanessa Bryant, Paris Hilton, Olivia Munn, Goldie Hawn and Jennifer Garner, among others.
