Lauryn Goodman is set to make her debut on the celebrity dating agency in tonight’s episode of Celebs Go Dating (Wednesday, September 4).
By the looks of it, the show may have been a success as she was spotted out on a date in London earlier today.
The influencer was seen heading to Novikov, an Asian restaurant and bar in Mayfair, and she was photographed leaving with a male companion.
The 33-year-old rocked a trendy look with straight-leg jeans, paired with a simple black bodysuit and matching open-toe heels, and draped a tartan jacket over her shoulders.
Her date opted for a casual look with a taupe two-piece tracksuit and a baseball cap.
During her stint on Celebs Go Dating, Lauryn is expected to spill the beans about her past relationship with Manchester City footballer Kyle Walker, with whom she has two children.
England star Kyle first got involved with Lauryn while he and his wife, Annie Kilner – with whom he has four children – were on a break, resulting in Lauryn becoming pregnant with their first child. Kyle reconciled with Annie, but later had a secret affair with Lauryn, which led to her falling pregnant with their second child.
Recently, Lauryn had a heated court hearing over child support payments, which made headlines when the judge lifted the reporting ban that typically applies to all Family Court hearings, reports OK!.
She candidly opened up on This Morning about her tumultuous love life but remained firm she harbours no regrets. “I can’t say I have any [regrets] because my children are my world. They wouldn’t be here…” she expressed to hosts Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard.
When probed on what she’ll tell her kids about their dad, she admitted, “I didn’t know I was going to have a second child, I will just have to navigate it day by day.”
She revealed her narrative simplification: “I’ve got the easy story because his dad goes away and watch football. I will always have to tell them the truth but not right now.”
The star hopes for a cordial future with the father of Kairo, four, and Kinara, one, as the former starts questioning his high-profile dad’s absence.
“It’s been quite difficult emotionally, it’s been really difficult to handle” she shared. Also unfolding was Lauryn’s admission of knowing Kyle for “over a decade”, linked through mutual friends and her sister Chloe Goodman, though their sisterly bond seems strained.
